Our live gatherings will focus on the Fire Element, igniting your passion and willpower. Self-paced learning modules will explore Ayurvedic practices for maintaining balance during the hot months.
Fall (September - November)
As the leaves change color and the air turns crisp, Fall invites us to embrace change and let go of what no longer serves us. During this season, you will explore grounding and introspective yoga practices that help you find balance amidst the shifting energies. Our live gatherings will focus on connecting with the earth element, building strength, and cultivating gratitude. Self-paced learning modules will delve into Ayurvedic principles to help you adapt your diet and lifestyle to the seasonal changes.
