By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Describe the key differences between the hatha and vinyasa style and demonstrate how the use of transitions impact class style and intensity.

  • Create an hour long class to the same peak pose in the flow style and in the hatha style.

  • Develop three class templates that lead to different different archetypal poses: an arm balance, a backbend, and an inversion.
