In this course, you will take the next steps on your sequencing journey. We will look at the components that go into creating a class style, and you will learn how you can use these components to create a hatha or a vinyasa flow style sequence. Learning these tools will empower you to skillfully develop mindful and creative sequences for a whole variety of class intentions.
