Course Overview

In the course, you will build upon your understanding of peak pose sequencing. You will learn best practices for overall class structure, learn about the four parts of class, and begin to assess and build your own sequences in the peak pose sequencing style.  

Note for CE Credits: If you are a current teacher taking this course for Yoga Alliance CE credits, you may submit for 4 hours of credit in Teaching Methodology.

  • Describe each part of class, including its purpose, general timing, included postures, risks and associate sequencing guidelines.

  • Apply your understanding of sequencing to develop a specific class plan and teach effectively throughout the practice.

  • Create and practice your own one-hour class sequence.
