Read MoreI’m finding this whole course so interesting! But this is the first lesson that I’ve had no experience with, so it took longer and was harder to get my head around. Plus I’m working through an injury and I can’t do all the poses required, so it made it harder and a little overwhelming. I hope I’ll have time to come back and make it up!

Read MoreAt the outset, when I looked at the course book, I was intimidated by component parts and sequencing. This course took me longer than the previous ones I think because I was trying to go slowly to absorb the content. My slower pace along with Rachel's carefully guided practice has resulted in a level of confidence that I didn't have going in - intimidation gone!

Read MoreWow! I have learned so much in each section of our training so far but sequencing was the first section where I REALLY felt the gap between being a student and learning the role of teacher. I took this section much slower because it was tougher in application but the lesson was really thoughtful and thorough gave me so much to work with moving forward in my development.
