    Beautiful exploration of the subtle body

    I loved this week´s course, with the focus on the subtle body. The explanations were great and I really appreciated the reassurances that this is a lifelong exploration. I think my favourite was nadi shodhana pranayama without using the fingers on the nose. Such an empowering sensation!

    Pranayama is what sets yoga apart from other physical activities

    I deepened my understanding and experience of some of the key accessible kriya and pranayama practices which will deepen my own practice and give me tools to teach a more complete yoga class for my future students
