In this course, you will expand upon your knowledge of Pranayama 1, and learn to incorporate simple kriya, mudra and bandha techniques into the pranayama practice. By mindfully connecting with the energy of the subtle body, you will create more inner body awareness, as well as learn to indirectly nourish the nervous system.
