    Excellent teaching

    This module is great for understanding Kriyas, Bandhas and Mudras and how to use them meaningfully and mindfully in our practice alongside guidance on practising Nadi Shodana and Viloma pranayama.

    Beautiful exploration of the subtle body

    I loved this week´s course, with the focus on the subtle body. The explanations were great and I really appreciated the reassurances that this is a lifelong exploration. I think my favourite was nadi shodhana pranayama without using the fingers on the nose. Such an empowering sensation!

    Pranayama is what sets yoga apart from other physical activities

    I deepened my understanding and experience of some of the key accessible kriya and pranayama practices which will deepen my own practice and give me tools to teach a more complete yoga class for my future students
