    Rachel's clear, step by step guidance through Pranayama's history and techniques will leave you feeling expanded in all aspects of your study. This course broadened my understanding of the importance of breathing properly on the mat and in our everyday life. You'll find plenty of guided exercises and opportunities to practice.

    Incredibly Helpful Pranayama Course

    The lessons, guided breath practice, and journaling were all SO very helpful. The breakdown explanations of the history of break, the various ways to guide, and assignments to practice on oneself and friends was so helpful and truly improved my confidence with how to cue and guide a breath focused meditation. A must take course.

    As I continue through the YTT, I am continually impressed by how well designed and delivered the course is. This unit of pranayama enquiry is both complete and succinct. I feel I know what I need to and that it is based on what I have already learned so far in the YTT.

    What an awesome addition to the course so far. Every piece of the training has been fantastic but the additional emphasis on breathwork is so appreciated. It is thorough without being overwhelming and gives ample time for practice and application.

    Another great class — I was inspired to do a deep dive into high altitude training on a hunch based on the info presented here, and lo and behold, ujjayi (and breath of fire) are used by athletes to help them perform at altitude. So informative, I’m loving these pranayama classes!
