What To Expect From Level 3
Meet in real time with your fellow students and faculty over Zoom to build upon what you learned in Level 1 and 2. Through group practices, asana labs, sequencing work, and practice teaching sessions, you will grow your confidence in holding space as a teacher, while receiving personalized support. You will also get to meet fellow members of your DoYogaWithMe community and make new friends from around the world.
Learning Objectives
By the end of Level 3, you will be able to:
- Design a one-hour sequence in the hatha and vinyasa styles according to DoYogaWithMe's peak pose sequencing methodology
- Effectively teach a 15-minute segment of a hatha or flow class with minimal teaching demonstrations, using effective verbal cueing
- Effectively and compassionately offer a personalized verbal assist based on your assessment of a student
- Apply anatomical concepts to the instruction of alignment
- Describe your next steps into the business of yoga as a yoga professional
- Describe your personal and/or professional yoga mission
- Describe appropriate student-teacher boundaries, transference, and describe the role of ethics in your teaching

Rachel is a teacher trainer, mentor, and author based in Vancouver, BC. Meticulous and funny, she loves sharing her love and knowledge of yoga with others. Also an instructional designer, she helps develop yoga curriculum for yoga schools globally. Her favorite place to be is the yoga teacher training room. -

David Procyshyn
David is a yoga and meditation teacher with 15 years of teaching experience and 25 years of practice. His knowledge of the various aspects of yoga and meditation, particularly functional anatomy, relaxation, sleep and anxiety, have informed his teaching and allowed him to help others realize their potential. David lives in Victoria, BC, Canada with his wife, son, step-daughter, two cats and six chickens.
