Rachel Scott
Rachel is a teacher trainer, mentor, and author based in Colorado. Practical and funny, she has a keen knack for breaking down complex topics into actionable skills. She loves inspiring her students to discover their voice and realize their passion and potential as yoga teachers. David Procyshyn
David is a yoga and meditation teacher with 15 years of teaching experience and 25 years of practice. His knowledge of the various aspects of yoga and meditation, particularly functional anatomy, relaxation, sleep and anxiety, have informed his teaching and allowed him to help others realize their potential. David lives in Victoria, BC, Canada with his wife, son, step-daughter, two cats and six chickens.
