    Rachel is a teacher trainer, mentor, and author based in Vancouver, BC. Meticulous and funny, she loves sharing her love and knowledge of yoga with others. Also an instructional designer, she helps develop yoga curriculum for yoga schools globally. Her favorite place to be is the yoga teacher training room.

    David Procyshyn

    David is a yoga and meditation teacher with 15 years of teaching experience and 25 years of practice. His knowledge of the various aspects of yoga and meditation, particularly functional anatomy, relaxation, sleep and anxiety, have informed his teaching and allowed him to help others realize their potential. David lives in Victoria, BC, Canada with his wife, son, step-daughter, two cats and six chickens.
