Read MoreHi there! Getting all the video done was definitely a challenge and doing it all at the end of the course was hard to budget into my schedule. I had multiple speed bumps creating and uploading the videos and think it might be a bit easier to have multiple points over the course of 15 weeks so it's more broken up. This essentially took me almost a full day and a half to get through. I definitely feel the gap between student and teacher and am hoping that level 2 will start to close that a bit. Even with practicing as a student for over 10 years, I struggled to feel able to teach the asanas in the video and am not sure why. Looking forward to the coaching session :)

The assessment incorporated all that we have learned in Level 1, and I enjoyed that there were multiple parts, aside from the written exam. Recording myself demonstrate the skills that I have learned was full of learning in itself, as I could easily see where I can improve, as well as where my strong suits are. I'm very thankful for all of our instructors! Thank you!
