    Very informative class

Another class that I’m going to be referring back to until I really feel competent. But I love learning the meanings behind the mudras and knowing they’ve been used for such a long time and by countless other people. Great class

Thorough intro to what mudra is and how to practice

I found this intro to be very clear, concise, and deepening for my mudra practice. It was easy to take notes, as each section was laid out in the same way. I purchased this course to feel confident in my ability to teach mudra during my weekly vinyasa class. My own practice has included mudra for many years, and I am a fairly new teacher. I would absolutely take a deeper class on mudra from this site based on the intro class. It would be nice to be able to receive CE credits with YA for this particular class, but there must be a reason. Many thanks!

    Introduction to Mudra

Simple and effective. I like the break down of each module and putting it into practice

This is what distinguishes yoga as a practice

Mudras bring a devotional quality and divine meaning to yoga practice. They are part of the subtle body work that distinguishes yoga from other physical activities, and remind us that the practice of yoga is about mind, body and spirit.
