114: How To Lead A Guided Meditation

This course is designed to introduce you to guided meditation and how to become an effective guided meditation teacher. For that reason, we will be focusing on only three styles and we won't be covering other aspects of meditation, such as its history.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Design and write an effective guided meditation.

  • Evaluate your own guided meditation and describe the benefits of meditation with your students.

  • Compare and contrast the benefits and effects of three common styles of meditation.
