    Cueing 2 Course

I have been certified and teaching for three years now and I’m so grateful I was able to take this course with Rachel Scott. Her knowledge of human body anatomy is shown throughout her training of proper, safe and effective cueing. I highly recommend taking this course.

The title is very descriptive of the course content.

The course is action based and very practical. It does an excellent job of breaking down different types of cues and demonstrating them in a very practical manner.

    Amazing Course for Cueing

I enjoy and find insights in all the YTT courses. This one on action cues feels like EXACTLY what I need to become a clear instructor with my students' well-being at the heart of the practice.

    Tough, but worth it!

I sweated over this course. There is a lot to digest, and for the novice student teacher (such as myself), very daunting! But so much useful, high quality teaching! I spent the full two weeks trying to take it all in. I'm sure I will come back again and again for some pointers on cueing tools, how to phrase something. I especially appreciated the different ways Rachel cued salabhasana, as this pose was tough for me to find the right language and the right sequencing to teach through the pose. Thank you Rachel!! Now it's time for a break!

    Great cueing course!

I am working on my advanced yoga certification and I realise that I need help with cueing--more than what my 300 hour program provides (not with Do Yoga With Me). I am doing a sequencing course with Rachel and saw that she also has this cueing course, so I decided to take it. I am glad I did. I have a whole new set of tools to practice to improve my cueing. I highly recommend this course.

    Opposite actions

Finally understand the correct action for arms in downdog - it feels so much better suddenly! Eureka!

This is what makes yoga so juicy!

I now have a great foundation to teach cueing of actions to bring poses to life, to teach safely and to do so simply, efficiently and effectively. Now it will just take practice, practice, practice to fine tune this art

    Whoa! What a class!

I did enjoy this a lot, but there’s a load of information here that is just going to require going over and over. Rachel made it all so clear, so I feel like I really get it. Now if I can only learn to do it!
