    My favorite class thus far

This class was so interesting and fun! I love how much sense it makes - connective tissue as a web, agonist/antagonist, reciprocal inhibition - and how it helped me understand my pain issues. Thanks!

    Our amazing body

This challenging course encouraged deep thinking about muscles and connective tissue and how they behave in our body. Once we understand this, we can apply it to yoga practice and yoga teaching. The opportunity to try out several poses reinforced that learning. Thanks, David!

    Continually returning to whole body

I love the approach of learning about connective tissue in it's constituent parts with the context of thinking of the body as a whole.

PNP great and more understanding would be welcome

Thank you for the excellent course material. I went over repeatedly thinking more and more deeply about the implications of connective tissue in yoga and other activities and PNP in particular. I look forward to learning more practice and will definitely follow up on the links for further learning.

    Challenging and packed with theory!

This course is about connecting our sensory experience of the physical body with the theory of the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. It will increase your fascination with the body's mechanisms! The phenomena you are offered to experience in this course can only be noticed if your body is in the balance between tension and relaxation: I have had a hard time with this lesson in the beginning because of being overly tense while standing or bending my elbow. I think this is one of the teachings David is delivering to this world, and I would love to thank him for this!

    PNF well-explained

I first learned about PNF in a fitness course, but not until this course have I understood how it works and how to do it safely.

    Concise and effective

David explains in easy to understand fashion the anatomy of muscles and connective tissue. The tricky concept of PNF or proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation gets the same treatment. It's a valuable course, key to understanding safe and effective teaching.

Thank you for putting complex content very clear and understandable. I have learned a lot, had to repeat some parts to be really sure that i understood and found all the questions very well explained.
