I love the approach of learning about connective tissue in it's constituent parts with the context of thinking of the body as a whole.

Challenging and packed with theory!
This course is about connecting our sensory experience of the physical body with the theory of the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. It will increase your fascination with the body's mechanisms! The phenomena you are offered to experience in this course can only be noticed if your body is in the balance between tension and relaxation: I have had a hard time with this lesson in the beginning because of being overly tense while standing or bending my elbow. I think this is one of the teachings David is delivering to this world, and I would love to thank him for this!

Thank you for putting complex content very clear and understandable. I have learned a lot, had to repeat some parts to be really sure that i understood and found all the questions very well explained.
