About This Course

The Yoga Sutra is one of yoga’s most important texts. One of the most famous sections of this text is a group of verses in which Patanjali describes the eight limbs of yoga. For centuries, these verses have provided guidance about how to interact with the world, as well as how to embark on a journey of self-reflection and insight. We will explore the meaning of the text and its relevance to our practices and modern lives. For this course, please pre-read The Yoga Sutra, sutra 2.29-3.3.

Note for CE Credits: If you are a current teacher taking this course for Yoga Alliance CE credits, you may submit for 3 hours of credit in Teaching Methodology.
