Designed for graduates of any 200-hour program, the Level 4 retreat will help students develop the in-person skills essential for safely teaching studio classes, workshops, and privates. Level 4 includes hands-on skill building in advanced cueing, assists, demos, theming, marketing, and business development, and also dives into the philosophy of the Bhagavad Gita. With afternoon downtime for relaxation, our Level 4 Retreat is the perfect balance of professional development and nourishing retreat.

Daily Schedule
Your typical daily schedule blends advanced YTT skill building with time to relax and recharge.
- 7:00am-8:30am: Breakfast
- 8:30-12:30: Morning Skill Building and Teaching
- 12:30-2:00pm: Lunch
- 2:30-5:00pm: Afternoon Technique, Hands On Assists, or Philosophy
- 6:00-7:15pm: Dinner

Rachel Scott
Rachel is a teacher trainer, mentor, and author based in Colorado. Practical and funny, she has a keen knack for breaking down complex topics into actionable skills. She loves inspiring her students to discover their voice and realize their passion and potential as yoga teachers. Fiji McAlpine
Fiji McAlpine is an ERYT 500 yoga instructor and is one of the founding yoga teachers featured on DoYogaWithMe.com. Fiji’s personal practice and classes focus on vinyasa flow, infused with power, strength and precision. Having trained extensively in California, Costa Rica, and Canada, her classes are often described as a strong practice that allows students to face challenges with support and guidance, inspiring them to move forward fearlessly and more consciously. Over the past decade, yoga has helped Fiji through personal transformation, she openly shares about finding yoga to be a vital tool of healing as she overcame an eating disorder.
Costs
While this retreat is all-inclusive, you are responsible for booking your own travel. Your payments include tuition, your room and meals. Airport transfers can be arranged for a fee, depending on the number of passengers. Tuition and accommodation are charged in US dollars.
