This is the second course I have taken with DoYogaWithMe, and I cannot recommend it enough. The purposeful "hands on" coursework and thoughtful explanations of the anatomy/physiology of breathing were very helpful and included many pieces that not only have helped me tune even more into my own practice, but will help me in guiding other students.

I found this course very thorough and well done. Rachel unpacks the various aspects of breathing in a meaningful and practical way. I found the use of visuals (i.e. skeleton and videos) especially helpful in understanding how certain muscles and bones work when we breathe. The breathing exercises and asanas were perfectly aligned with the theoretical part enabling us to practice physically what we had learned mentally. Thank you Rachel!

Wow, what an incredible lesson. Rachel is such a talented teacher. She brings so much energy and enthusiasm to every topic! For me personally, the highlight of this course was understanding how the breath affects the shape of the body. In the short session, I really felt a deeper connection of body and breath, was so much more comfortable and at ease in the poses. It felt like my body was working with me instead of against me. Just wonderful!
